My passport and other requested documents delivered to NDVO on 12/12/2013. I sent it through Blue Dart Courier. Please update it in NDVO Sheet.

Now another waiting phase starts.. Best of luck to all applicants who are waiting for their PER, MR, and Visa Issue.

I can feel the pain what May applicants might be going through, as i am facing it myself. The whole point of sending the applications early has been defeated by NDVO.

There is only 2 possiblity i can think of 1> Did we get too excited that NDVO has started showering MR after seeing few MR requests or 2> Early bird process doesnt work with NDVO

Sorry if i am being a bit rude here, this is just insane..

Any body made DD payment through Royal Bank of Canada? The Indian partner of it is Indosind Bank. How is their service?

I've a question regarding I applied PCC for my wife somehow it went into verification mode.. now PSK guys say they have initiated and request is pending with SP office, Distt West Delhi.. I enquired today regarding the status they say its all manual here.. they wont recieve any such request... nor they will process it.. tell me how to get my wife's PCC as I've already recd my meds and I'm going for it

Twice I went through the process of passport renewal last year and in both cases, it had to go through the police verification. The process of verification as I could understand, is as follows.

1. Passport office will send the verification request to Police commissioner office.
2. Commissioner office will send the request to Local police station.
3. Local police will complete the verification and it goes back to Commissioner office
4. Commissioner office will send it back to passport office.

For all the above, the movement from one place to another can take around 1 to 2 weeks. You may have to meet the appropriate person in these two offices to get the speed. Normal process can take a minimum of 1 month. But you can always speed this up by letting them know about the emergency. In my case, they helped in which ever way they could.

How did you contacted them to know about DD encashment? In Indosind branch or Royal Bank of Canada? Could you please send me the contact details PM if you don't mind.
