Hi friends,

I am quite worried about my application after reading that ez2remember's application was refused even after CC charge on account of insufficient points due to job duties not mentioned in the reference letter. ???Undecided Please provide some guidance and help.

I have worked for a Germany based MNC in India. the company HR and my direct supervisor refused to provide anything other than relieving letter. :'( :-\

I require a job duties letter from them so that I can send it now to be attached with my application or when required.
I want to know if there is a legal recourse available. please suggest some good lawyers or consultant who can be of help. ???

I suggest you to get the opinion of an immigration lawyer immediately than asking in the forum becoz its already 133 days after your submission and 40 days after your CC charged. However if I am in your place and not in a way to get any expert opinion. I would have send the job reference letter along with a self attested covering letter mentioning the application received date, courier tracking number, CC charged date and by explaining the situation why I was not able to submit the reference letter initially with a request to CIC to attach the new reference letter with my previous application.

Emailing can do no harm and can only improve our chances of speeding up the processing in London.

Actually The problem is getting the reference letter from company. I would have sent it in the begging itself had I got it. I did send them all supporting docs and cover letter explaining the situation.

It is just that if i can get it from company by some legal way, it would be handy when CIC asks or ican send it mentioning my app no. :

Dear seniors, may be silly , but one quary is in my mind, if my ecas has changed, what about background check and other formalities? do they perform all these before changing the ecas? thanks for reply

What do you mean by ECAS changed?? 2nd line added?? (we started processing your file) if yes then they will start the background check and send the MR..

Just checked my status on line with the UCI number that i was using and it boldly showed my names and contact address.It also stated that my application was received on the 26th of september.Again ,it states that it is in process.

Happy to inform you that today i got MR mail from DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca.
It was tense 2 week period of wait for me after update of ecas status and finally i got the mail in junk folder (Thanks to Yahoo )
Still waiting for medical form which as per mail will be sent shortly.

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination FOR ALL This must be received at this office by: 01/29/2014

Pls help me for my doubts
I have submitted Indian PCC from Passport office so do i need to get that done again. It is not clear from the contents of the mail.
I was in Canada for an year so do i to get PCC from Canada also. This is different from fingerprint request that one of the forum member got.
Is the content of the mail specific to the individual.
