hi guys i need some insights. Sad. i submitted my documents last august and was received by CIO at the same month after 2 months i followed up my application in my dismay CIO emailed me stated "no records of application found" i emailed them the tracking number got response last nov.27 stating that my documents has been received and awaiting for initial processing, my question is that will i need to wait for another 2 months for any response or PER? will they reconsider my application? because it was their negligence, as of now my CAP is filled already.. need insights on this... thanks guys..

I am quite worried about my application after reading that ez2remember's application was refused even after CC charge on accuont of insufficient poins due to job duties not mentioned in the reference letter. :-X :-\ Please provide some guidance and help.

I have worked for a Germany based MNC in India. the company HR and my direct supervisor refused to provide anything other than relieving letter. ??? :'(

I require a job duties letter from them so that I can send it now to be attached with my application or when required.
I want to know if there is a legal recourse available. please suggest some good lawyers or consultant who can be of help.

Hi BUNZ, the last application charged in this forum arrived CIC on August 21. I am sorry to inform you that your application will be returned due to CAP reached in a few months.

Thank You for your response. I used a consultancy agency to apply for PR and they said that once CIC receives the application before the CAP, it will not be affected by it even if it has not been processed (fee encashed and PER). Confused...

Your consultant do not have sufficient knowledge about FSWP. It is clearly mentioned in the CIC website as follows...

"Note: Due to the large number of applications we get, we cannot check that each one is complete on the same day it gets to the office. The numbers on this page are updated at least once a week, but are only a guide. There is no guarantee that an application sent in now will fall within the cap by the time it gets to the Centralized Intake Office."

I believe you sent email by removing the space before and after character "@". That's true, once you send email on this email ID, you get an immediate auto reply. You should expect their reply in 20 working days provided that you have sent email on proper email ID with required input details. Counting from 16 November, you are at 18th working day today.
