UNTIL TODAY MORNING I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT MY AOR WHICH IS 14 OCT 2013(DUE TO MY AGENTS MISTAKE ) , THEN TODAY MORNING HE SENT THAT EMAIL TO ME. AND IN THE AFTERNOON I FOUND MY ECAS CHANGED, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Don't worry friend you will make it. Its usual sometimes delay happens to some documents, no need to worry about it. You contact MLT3211 he filed his document also 84 days back. He is trying to contact his bank to know about DD status. Send him PM. Also I am sending here the link of ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) members all around the world. Input your country name and city then click on search. You will get the list of the members from Pakistan. From them you will get better informed answers. I will pray to encash your DD soon.

Hi Guys..CIC received my application for PR on 31st Oct. 2013. NOC - 3142. However, my profession has been capped on 27th Nov. I have not received my file number yet. Will my application still be processed or will they send it back?
Any suggestion pls..

I filed my application through an ICCRC member. You can find the nearest ICCRC consultant using this link. All these info I got from internet but I can tell you exactly about the quality of their work only after I get my PER...

Thnks everyone , but it really feels good when someone says CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
My Noc is 3211, application date is 22 may 2013, and per on 6th aug 2013/ visa office is NDVO . fingers crossed!!

In my opinion, the update on the CIC website shows all applications that have passed through the completeness ckeck and not just those that have received PER. The Completeness Check confirms that all forms were correctly filled and all documents needed were provided. Its not a detailed scrutiny of your application according to ministerial announcement. That is done after the completeness check and in that applicants case, although he had his work Reference Letter, the letter didn't state his duties so was incomplete.

As we can see CIC is speeding up with the fee encashing of applications ( *touchwood* )

1. The completeness check is done before fee encashing rite?
2. The number of complete applications are all the people who got fee encashed rite and vice-versa, coz I see a guy in this forum whose CC got charged but received Negative review because of not fulfilling points criteria. *Confused*

I think, going by the CIC manual, they perform 3 tasks before sending the PER and transferring the file to local visa office:

1. Completeness check upon receipt (If any of the required docs is missing, application is sent back, no fee encashed)
2. If application passes completeness check, fee is encashed.
3. Assessing the application against Ministerial Instructions, i.e. Review the application for Points attained and also check the submitted document proofs. To be eligible for processing, the applicant must have submitted a complete application as per the kit requirements in place at the time of application and meet all the criteria described in the applicable Ministerial Instructions in place on the date of application receipt. If the application is determined to be eligible for processing, the applicant will be informed. Once the CIO has made a positive eligibility determination, processing has begun and processing fees are no longer refundable.

If the application is determined to be ineligible for processing, the applicant will be informed and
will receive a refund of processing fees. The application will not be returned to the applicant.

Hi BUNZ, the last application charged in this forum arrived CIC on August 21. I am sorry to inform you that your application will be returned due to CAP reached in a few months.

i received my gcms on 25-Sep...so u can see there is no change at all..minor deflections can be due to change is application submitted dates...
so happy waiting to all of us...2012 applicants r still suffering and waiting of LVO...

Hi all,

My application under NOC 0211 was received on 30 August 13. I have not heard anything from them yet.
Checked with the bank and my DD was not cleared up until 3/12/13.

Its been nearly 4 months no update, no idea where my application is.. worried ??? ???

Can anyone suggest any email id and number I can contact and ask them whats up with my app?? Thanks
