I am new in the forum and I am not sure if I am on the right topic.

Please help me with my query below;

1. We are interested to apply for Federal Skilled Trades and will just start with everything now, (IELTS, Educ cert etc.), do we still have a chance to submit it before May 2013?

2. We are trying to apply for 2243 and I am not sure where to start to.

Please advise.

Hi JayJay,

Start by getting your IELTS, and certifications evaluated by WES. You still have a big chance as the 2243 NOC is not a hot one.

I just received PR for Australia and planning to land there in February 2014.But my canada appalication is under process now( AOR received from SGVO) .
Will I face difficulties to complete the rest part of canada immigration process (MR, Visa etc ) from Australia ?
What papers,docs, etc should I take with me ?

Any advice from this forum will be appreciated .

Finally after more than 2 month after CC charged ,we have got an Email from CIC that says we had obtained insufficient points!
It said that our job experience was not approved because main duties were not provided in the employer letters or documentation.
we haven't got our package back yet!

Dose anybody know that 2014 this program is going to be continued? and new NOC will be introduce or not? I know about new system which is
going to be settled in 2015 but what about next year?

I submitted my application on 8th November and was received on 13th November'13. My CC hasn't been charged yet. I applied under arranged employment category. Did anyone hear from CIC or their cards were charged who applied around the sametime ? Is there any E-file or status i can check ? Please advise.

The latest CC was charged for October 11th applicant. CIC didnt started working on Nov applicants yet....

Not only the bonding sinestra...now we have built a huge professional and personal network. Look at us...we are 100's of people connected. And if all of us can maintain this thread and the Whatsapp thread which Nirmal has created then it would be helpful in settling down in Canada and even help in getting jobs for each other.

I live in the US and as per other forum members we are looking @ 3-4 weeks to receive the passports from Canada to US. Not sure of other countries.

Ive been a silent viewer of this very informative/helpful forum, im very happy and excited to those who just receive thier PER and so as to those who already receive passport request. I do have one question, i read that fatenny already got charged and an OCt.11 applicnt is it possible that october 7 applicant like me would not be included in the CAP or will it automatically mean that my application got in the CaP limit?

you got you package because of cap reached? When did they send back the application? I mean in how many days did u received your packege ?

yeah got back because cap was reached. the letter was dated 11th oct. and got it on the 28th oct. so do u have any idea when i can send it back.
