Appreciate you input SB222300....but the thing is that if your passport has not been issued in Delhi and if you are living in NCR since the past year.....these guys move into an infinite loop......their ignorance in this view torments you to the maximum.sb222300 said:I also agree with you. My appointment time was 9.30 am, and I got PCC within 75 minutes. TCS guys helped us a lot and were much better than the passport officers. In case your are carrying infants/kids with you TCS guys have the power to give you priority tokens, so that you dont have to wait for long. Its a very smooth process that the Govt of India has put into practice now. Hats off to the concerned.

Two documents I can think of are :
Address proof (Bank Statement of 1 year validating current address is acceptable), ID proof (Passport itself in hard copy).
Also carry with you 500 gms of extra patience to deal with the guys from TCS (who have been entrusted to run the scam center) who behave worse than government servants.

Mav.
You guys are lucky to have experienced the genuinely efficient functioning of the center and its employees. I was just quoting from my own experience.
