as my mode of payment is DD,i have no other source except PER to know about my DD charge...i have hired a consultant,HE WILL INFORM ME ABOUT my status as he will get mail...i m also so much anxious to know about it..

Even my case is similar to your's becoz I also applied through consultant. But my consultant disclosed me about the bank from where they took the DD so i think its easy for me to call and ask the customer service executive of the bank to know about the DD encashment when my time comes. If you want to know about the status early I think you can request your consultant to tell the name of the bank from where they have taken the DD. ;D ;D

Finally after more than 2 month after CC charged ,we have got an Email from CIC that says we had obtained insufficient points!
It said that our job experience was not approved because main duties were not provided in the employer letters or documentation.
we haven't got our package back yet!

Dose anybody know that 2014 this program is going to be continued? and new NOC will be introduce or not? I know about new system which is
going to be settled in 2015 but what about next year?

There seems to be an obvious increase in the speed at which CIC takes to process applications in Sydney and I think that is because the hot NOC's are filled up now. At this speed early November applicants may even hear from CIC before the end of the year.

You are right the current speed is really good. But I worry christmas holidays may slow down the progress. I heard CIC has long holidays during Christmas...

I am new in the forum and I am not sure if I am on the right topic.

1. We are interested to apply for Federal Skilled Trades and will just start with everything now, (IELTS, Educ cert etc.), do we still have a chance to submit it before May 2013?

I quite agree with you.Charging money after 2 is really fast.They have even charged two people for both 6th and 11th of October.

It seems that you have changed your job. You must inform to LVO about your change of job as well as address. You can send case specific inquiry to LVO through web form asking for the confirmation if your application has been arrived at LVO.

You must prepare an update indicating your job change as well as mailing address with related supporting documents and send it to LVO as soon as possible. Please note that this is not meant to collect more points but to inform LVO about your current work status and address so that processing of your application won't get delayed.

Hello ,

I just received PR for Australia and planning to land there in February 2014.But my canada appalication is under process now( AOR received from SGVO) .
Will I face difficulties to complete the rest part of canada immigration process (MR, Visa etc ) from Australia ?
What papers,docs, etc should I take with me ?

Any advice from this forum will be appreciated .
