I need some clarification here please. Is it mandatory for visa officers to follow strictly the dates on the GCMS notes when processing applications up until it's completion? Can they not on their own choose to finish processing applications before the final completion date on the GCMS note if there are no barriers?
Yes they can finish before the deadline..as u can c in forum ( Hongkonk & CPPO) members got PR within 6 months. I m sure their deadline in their GCMS would have been exactly 1 year from their PER date..
At the same time officers cannot finish within the time line due to unlimited security check in some special cases...

Send them an email n tell about ur new passport..
If the MR comes before they update the new passport number, then MR will come with ur old passport number...
Thanks for your reply :)
Which email I should use?
Also if I get MR before the new passport number is updated, will that create any issues?

Thanks

This is what I got from my PER letter.

Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application. Your reference (application) number is located below the date of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence.

Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). PLEASE INCLUDE A LETTER identifying[/size] what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

I dont know about NDVO address. some of other forum members from India can help.
It wont be a problem if they have not updated before ur MR. u can take ur old n new passport to the hospital n explain them.

But I advice u to inform ur local VO as soon as possible..

No PCC request as I already submitted with application....

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

examination for yourself and spouse This must be received at this office by: 01/13/2014

Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document for yourself and spouse

completed
(Date format is MM/DD/YYYY)
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.

Honestly no idea. BTW, the appointment times are different for different PSKs.
I booked Lalbhag one in Bangalore and 20th December 2013 and Sai arcade gave me an earlier date.

Thanks for answering Sinestra.

Congratulation apatel24 great news and happy for You.
May Allah awake SGVO and send us MR,RPRF, passport request within 7 days:)...Ameen.

Hi There people who received there passport request from CPPO, Congrats on the visa. As you can see I haven't received mine yet and am getting a little anxious. I went and looked at the email that I received for documents request and noticed that it says this:

RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee. Please refer to the attached instructions on paying the RPRF online. This must be received at this office by: 2013/12/03

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination. An email containing instructions on completing your medical examination is forthcoming.
*Please advise via reply to this email if you do not receive the medical request within 48 hours*

With the exception of Police Certificates, please submit certified true copies of supporting documents as electronic attachments, in reply to this email.

As you know my medicals were sent straight from the dr office and my fingerprints and police cert from the police office. I also emailed them my Proof of fee payments in a reply to there email. I am now worried that it says "submit certified true copy" of this and I did not do this I just emailed a scanned copy of the receipt which I hand filled the below section. Did I need to take it somewhere and certify the receipt?

Can you tell me what exactly did you do in this regard. If I have done something wrong i only have 3 days to fix it. your soonest response is most appreciated.
