Hi Friends, I am a silent spectator of this thread, want to update my details as well and share my experience with NDVO.

After receiving AOR on 24th Oct, Yesterday 27th Nov - we receive email form NDVO requesting to Submit Medicals, PCC, PR FEE & PASSPORTS before 11th Jan 2014, and the emails states “MEDICALS FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN EMAILED TO YOU SHALL RECEIVE THE SAME IN DUE COURSE OF TIME”So far we haven't received any mail with the medical forms

Any other experienced the same, seniors plz Advice

Congrats udhnis. Looks like NDVO is giving MR's mostly to NOC 0211. What NOC code is that?

For the GOD of grace, Just 5 minutes back I have received an email from DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca and they have asked for the following doucments

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration
medical examination For all This must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014

> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period
has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance
certificate For you and your spouse This must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014

> RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee For YOU ONLY. This
must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014

> Funds, proof: Proof of funds EVIDENCE OF FUNDS EQUIVALENT TO
CANADIAN DOLLARS 17011. JOINT FUNDS WITH PARENTS/SIBLINGS, LIC
POLICIES AND VALUE OF JEWELLERY ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. This must be
received at this office by: 01/17/2014

Seeing the summary of GCMS notes I feel that that LVO has resolved to complete our file within 1 year of our receiving PER. But not sure when the first drop of rain would begin from LVO in the form of 2nd line / MR.

After MR, normally in most cases visa is issued within 2 months by LVO.

Thanks soundless and Rawdah. Rawdah do you also think that LVO start in Jan or Feb....I think Jan and Feb is alright but anything beyond means cic will not be able to fulfill its promise of 1 year completion time.

Can application be moved to some other office...i think it is cic's decision.

Yeah, It looks like they are processing other previous years applicants before they start on our, which is unfortunate.

Lets just hope we hear soothing soon.

What is the procedure to get an access to GCMS notes? Is it possible to have an access to GCMS notes in case we have applied through consultant as we have authorized consultant to handle our case?

Lastly , does anybody from NDVO have got an access to GCMS notes?

Whatever list you will get of forum I'd are going to get MR soon.

Why?

If you observe closely they are releasing MR of all NOC, so probably they are scanning all files through system and sending MR to those having 2 or 10+ experience.

Now question is what if someone stay abroad , we should make note over here that security check and medical check happens after MR is done.
Another question, what about employment check, CHC officers are trained in such a way they can easly a understand how genuine case is. For for 10 years exp green signal. And for 2 years exp they might do themselves by picking phone.

I may be correct or may be wrong but this is just my observation.
