Dear Member,
If you go through the post from other forum members, you will notice that passport sent through VFS is more convenient as it transit through renowned courier services. It will just cost you somewhat extra, that's all

I think you have to send ppt via VFS as they are very authentic and your ppt will be keep safer with them. Send DD for your RPRF.
And congo for the ppt request, RPRF and all. Best of luck.

Vicky did u get one email or 2 ?
If u got just mr one then yes its not there. There will be another email which has an attchment called request letter. It contains request for ppr, landing fee. No pcc. I believe maheshnp got the second ail only after medical was done. So maybe u will get it now anytime if not already.

hi guys, i received an email from CIO stating" Your application has been received and is awaiting initial processing. Notification will be sent in due course"..what does it mean? what usually happens in initial processing? need clarity...thanks

I had also recieved the ditto email from CIO when I sent an enquiry email. No body exactly knows what doesn it mean. Just to share my experience, my CC was charged after 7 days of receiving this email from CIO and after 1 day of 300 CAP limit announced by CIO.
