dear all i got a mail from CIC..

that my app has been returned back due to cap reached it was returned on 5th of november. there was a UCI mentioned in the mail.


So this is common to returned app....Does this UCI no. means that our file were entered in their CIC data base...?

Finally got the ECAS updated to (Decision made) .. and sent my passport yesterday .. expected to reach Canada by the end of this week ..

I have one query and need your help please.
I do have 7 years experience in IT and file app for fswp program this year. In my file I didn't include payslips of any company or form16. will that create any issue? I thought its additional supporting documents so avoid them to add in because my file was getting increase by 30 more pages. I think that was my mistake.I should send them too.
what to do now, should I send to India's local visa office?

I dont think u need to include ur payslip as long as your JD states your salary per year and printed with your company's letter head signed by your company's HRD or by your immediate superior

I didnt send my Payslip,nor did my work contract form..I got my medical request...
As long as ur job description match with the NOC requirements everything okay... do not send anything until they ask..

Sending passport in a way you are planning to is not legal therefore authorization letter will have no value. I don't know if CPP-O VO can send your visa to NDVO but no harm in requesting so by giving the reasonable and acceptable justification.

Question:

Mostly applicants under LVO send their passports using courier service as London is covering lot of countries. How are they sending their passports? For example all applicants working in Middle Eastern countries like Qatar, UAE, etc are required to send their passports to London and those guys are sending through courier ( although it is written on their passports that it is illegal to send the passport out of country by mail etc).. ?? ??

We can send passport from Saudi Arabia to London by Fedex. There is no issue to send PP from Saudi to London and i think the same would also hold true from UAE, QATAR etc
