Yes, the PER email does say to communicate any changes to your local visa office. They assume that you know the contact info or atleast know where to find that info.

I am really thankful to all who gave me encouragement throughout this period, which was quite tense. Now I understand how relaxing is to receive the PER. Time to take rest and wait for MR.

I just want to ask a simple question. In the PER email, I am advised to communicate with my Visa Office (London) in future but they didn't give any contact details of the Visa Office. Is that the case with everyone?
