Medical

Seniors,
My spouse is a foreigner and I am an Indian. Our visa office is NDVO. As she stays in her country I was planning to have her medical from her country and mine from India. We have checked and called the Panel physician of her country authorized to do the medical test. The panel doctor said us it is possible to do medical test from her country. After the test the physician will send the report to the Canadian embassy in Manila because health test result will be considered in Manila not India. NDVO will be able to view and download the result of this online. Is this information correct?
Because previously from many of the posts from the forum I thought the physician will send medical result to NDVO. As with in 45 days the test result should reach the visa office we are worried if the process is wrong we may loss the time unnecessarily.
Please advice
When you are advised by CIC (through NDVO) to do your Medical, they will send you the printed medical forms for each one of you generated in their system with unique IME number and bar code, which you are supposed to carry with copies of your photos.
You can do your medical with any doctor who is approved by CIC,anywhere in the world .
Your Medical request Email/ or the letter from VO will indicate where the results should be submitted, which is the responsibility of the doctor.
If the doctor's office is E enabled, you don't have to provide your photos; they will take your picture and upload the medical results directly when completed. (The E enabled doctor's office will be able to see your personal details in their system if you provide them with your IME number)
If they are not E enabled, then they will paste the photos you carry with you and mail the hard copy of the results to CIC/NDVO as mentioned in your medical request. You may like to confirm to them to send the results by courier to the requested addressand pay the extra fees.
My understanding is CIC approves the Medical reports centrally in Canada. I may be wrong!
Their approval day is your visa approval date.
