I am in the same boat...My ECAS was updated with medicals received in first week of october...as of yet no PP request.

I guess it depends on the citizenship country...for some countries they might need more thorough security checks...So i am also just waiting and waiting...

Ahhhh I get your point Prince-of-darkness....but you seem to have forgotten an even more critical point....while your VO is London his is CPP-O....at this stage they are issuing Medical requests to June applicants and he IS a june applicant himself.....so yes I do think this means they are working on it file. Its business unusual at CPP-O....their is no long lines at this VO they seem very dedicated to churning out the Visas.

Island Babe : they have still not started processing the case . Its just a nrmal request from the Visa Office to update them and in return of the case specific question he had earlier sent.
Im in the same situation, I have sent all the documents but E-CAS has not shown still that they have "" started processing my case"".

URGENT URGENT

I am a 25 June applicant and few days back I got a mail from CIC saying that your file is awaiting review. In that mail application number was also mentioned. But, now the cap has reached 300 for Mechanical Engineers and still I have not recieved PER. My ECAS is still showing in process.

Do I fall in the cap?

Please comment.

yes Bruce, I checked with Application number and it is showing 'We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2013.'

No idea what is going on.

Hey guys,

No need to be suspicious about anything. After MR I do not have any updates to share. Only thing that I am not doing is asking questions, why I am not getting PP request rather I choose to be patient and wait for my turn. I dont think any one will post some wrong info just to make fun.

Also, my file is with CPP-O and not with NDVO. I have already shared these details earlier.

Be patient and wait for ur turn. We will get what is in our destiny. Hope for the best.

Checked with both and status is still 'we recieved yur application on etc'. Also, shot a mail regarding status enquiry.

Dear Friend,

Nobody here in this forum has reported about employment verification yet. So, there is no question of e-mail or any other kinds of mode of verification. Nobody knows that how it happens or it happens or not happens at all. Its because of that, nobody is responding you.

With normal letter of employment / job reference letter, having job duties - they don't usually make employer confirmation. If employment letter appears suspecious to them, they then definitely tend to make verification. That is their normal procedure that I've heard so far.

ALHAMDULLILAH, exactly after 24 hours of CC charged, I have received the PER email from CIO , many thanks to Almighty Allah.

I joined this forum in last week of October and was able to track what's going on. It was really helpful to be here and get connected with a reasonable number of FSW 2013 applicants. I am really thankful to all who gave me encouragement throughout this period, which was quite tense. Now I understand how relaxing is to receive the PER. Time to take rest and wait for MR.

I just want to ask a simple question. In the PER email, I am advised to communicate with my Visa Office (London) in future but they didn't give any contact details of the Visa Office. Is that the case with everyone?

Once again, thanks for all who provided their support. Happy MR waiting ;D ;D ;D.
