@GHABLUSHABLU

I completed the Medical on 1st November and my doctor told me that he will send the report as soon as possible like 2-3 days. I called them few days ago and they said that they have forwarded the report to the CIC. M

Dear Friends / Senior Members,

Has any application received updates from London Visa office (LVO) after receiving PER from CIC ?

How long does it take to get for LVO to confirm receipt of application or when they contact the applicant?

I received my PER on 2nd July but no further updates after that...

Dear Brother MAILTEJ , LVO does not provide any acknowledgement of file transfer. None of the Forum member from this VO has not found this. So LVO applicants have to wait till MR.

So happy waiting brother.. :D

Hi Gurpreetsingh......Since your doctor was e-nabled. I think CIC would have gotten your medicals by now...in another few weeks you will be finished with this process and get your visa in December :D :D I know you applied for 3142, can you share your data so it can be added to the spreadsheet.

Congratulations to all who have received PERs, AORs and MRs. ;D

I have query.

I applied for FBI clearance back in June. I received the clearance later in July. So far I have received AOR, but no communication from NDVO on PCC (for my wife) or FBI clearance for US stay. I wonder by the time such a request comes if my FBI clearance is old enough not to be accepted, will I have to apply again. Although, I haven't stayed in US since October 2012. Thus, the FBI clearance will be the same as the old one. In this situation

1. Should I communicate with NDVO to see if I can send the PCCs proactively?
2. Should I apply for FBI clearance again in due course such that by the time that I expect to receive any communication from NDVO I have the FBI clearance ready?
3. Should I just send the FBI clearance that I now have whenever NDVO asks, explaining them that even though it is dated July 2013 and old enough by your standards, the new FBI clearance will not be any different as I have not stayed in US since October 2012.

Your guidance is much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Islandbabe

I will definitely do it sometime today. I just needed to go home and look at the exact dates of everything. I really appreciate you guys being so upfront and helping with these questions. Have a great day.

Hi guys

I just checked my status and there is a 3rd line, which says medical results have been received :-)

Do we also get information that the RPRF is paid or received?

Anywhere between 16-90 calendar days after PER email not AOR email. CPPO does not provide AOR email.
