I am FSW 2013 applicant and got PER, waiting for medicals.
My company got acquired by another company recently.
Should I inform VO about this?

You can call on the number below if you have been given a UCI number.

+1 613 944 4000

If you don't know your UCI number, then calling on above number or any other number wouldn't work as they won't be able to locate your file without UCI number. Without UCI number, they will ask you email address and will send you contact details which is only an email as follows:

CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca

Once you send your inquiry on above email, you will get a reply in 20 working days.

There is no email. You just have to wait for the package to be returned to you.

Thanks to all who have congratulated me filling this forum with their messages.
I am humbled by your congratulatory posts.
Normally I would have preferred to send pm individually.

I have not decided yet when to migrate to Canada. Probably in the coming summer I will move.
By then, I wish and hope and I am pretty sure most of you would have already settled in Canada.

I will post all my experiences through this forum regularly.

I received my PCC today - 7.5 weeks after my application reached FBI. Credit card was charged on 24 October. The automated message they play before putting you on hold says the average processing time is 6 weeks but that things may be slowed down as a result of the shutdown. Hope this helps.

I am in exactly the same situation, 15 days has gone since my account got charged but nothing came by email so far.

A question: if I get the Per eventually and went through all the process, how long it is in total to actually get a permission to fly an work in Canada, I mean what is the total processing time after charging the account?

Yes! Please confirm if you have already got your AOR. If yes, then without wasting anytime, please inform the local VO about any change in employment status. Doesn't matter if your company has been overtaken by some other company or you change your employer. Any change must be informed to the VO, but only post you receive your AOR from that VO.

London VO doesn't send AOR. NDVO sends. So, if your VO is London, then you shouldn't wait for AOR mail & apprise your VO of the employers current situation ASAP!

Hi, all I am Anil from India. The ICAS of Canada had received my documents yesterday and how long will they take to send the ECA reports back. Is it 4-6 weeks as they mentioned?
