Thanks to all who have congratulated me filling this forum with their messages.
I am humbled by your congratulatory posts.
Normally I would have preferred to send pm individually.

I have not decided yet when to migrate to Canada. Probably in the coming summer I will move.
By then, I wish and hope and I am pretty sure most of you would have already settled in Canada.

I will post all my experiences through this forum regularly.

I wish good luck to all esp Islandbabe, the originator, Rawdah, Amit, Lamia, Jigzzy ... the list goes long ... keep your passports ready!!

By the by do you know what "Chinook" means?
In Eskimo language, it is the name for the "King Salmon" fish!

It is not mandatory to use your own credit card.

dear seniors, please advise either it is mandatory to use your own credit card to apply for immigration or we can use credit card of any friend or relative ???

Could you please advise if it is right to get the PCC now or should i wait untill i get a request from NDVO?

If i apply now there could be a possibility that i get the certificate in time. I guess these certificates are Valid for 6 months.

And Me and my wife have applied for FSW as my wife being a dependant. Now should i get a PCC for her as well or the primary applicant id Enough.

PLease advise.

I guess you should go with DHL..
They have the best Pricing.
You can actually Negotiate the price as well.
Call Them On 1800 111 345 or 1800 200 1345...Ask them for a price..Then try to negotiate and Then tell them you would call back if needed...In the mean time you also tell them you are getting price from different Vendors Like Fedex...You hang up and then you would get a call from their supervisor giving you a price...I did that i got a good Price.

go get it right now......some time it takes months to get pcc...and its compulsory to get pcc for ur wife also.....

You may apply any time you will be in the CAP

As regard the courier sent it with "ARAMEX". They will definitely deliver within 5 days. They are not popular in INDIA but well known name in abroad
