My application was returned back on 6th september. I got this information by mail. it was deemed incomplete. I want to know how many days does it take to come here in nepal? I have not received yet.

Very sorry to hear this. :( If they have not mentioned the reason of rejection in mail, they will explain it in a letter that would be sent along with your documents. For registered regular mail of Canada Post it will generally take around 25 days to reach from Canada to south asian country. CIC sends documents by regular mail. If it was incomplete, the reasons could be failure to sign all places as required or may be some form missing or failure to include all details. So, for sure your the consultant should be made accountable and if there are grounds, then you should sue it. get back all your fees plus damage amount. Better luck next year. keep watch on new opening dates and do not go for consultant. The good news is, Civil Engineers are in high demand in canada and hopefully this shall be included in next year occupation list.

hello krutu

did u share your detail for spreadsheet?

All the new buddies are requested to share their details to be updated in the spreadsheet. If you are expecting some assistance you must also assist other form members with your relevant info. Correct me if I am wrong. This is just for ours sake only :)

hello guys,
long time since my last post.
I would appreciate if you answer me, especially that I have been let down 3 times by CIC.
every time I was applying alone without any consultant's help, however I've noticed that several applicants have consultants.

Is it necessary to use the services f a consultant to ensure a guaranteed successful application?
How many of you are using consultant?

thanks

im telling you honestly...its best to go through consultant..bocz this documentation process is so confusing ..its always very difficult to get it right first time without consultant....so better use a reliable consultant after some good research

Hi,
I had applied for FSWP 2013 from USA. Received PER in July and CIO SYDNEY transferred my file to CPPO in September 2013. In the mean time, I had to come back to my home country, India, as my on site deputation came to an end. My attorney notified CPPO to transfer my file to NEW DELHI VISA office and also updated them with my new address. We received an email from CPPO on 9th OCT, 2013, confirming that my file is being transferred to NEW DELHI.my questions are:

1) Do I need to again update NEW DELHI VISA office about my new address ( my application will have my old USA address)

2) My application status still say that " we have received your application for PR on 17th may 2013." It does not mention anything that my file has been transferred to New Delhi visa office. and I haven't received any AOR.

Please help!
