I got my PER, after waiting for a long period.I have applied under NOC 2147 on August 3 rd. Best wishes for all applicants.....

Can you share the email you received, may be it is something else mentioned with your Application number and not PER.

The cap in NOC 2147 reached on 4th July.

Your visa office is Hongkong as it is mentioned in your email so this is an AOR for sure congrats

Yes, my VO is HK. Only two weeks from PER to AOR. WOW!!! I am so lucky.

Do you mean it is wrong to send the new form? as per what you said they have returned my app because i have sent the old schedule 3 form. this means that all of you, (if anyone else) who sent the new form later on, probably wont get positive answer either

the run for canadian pr for me, for this year, ends today. i have just received my package from cio. they have returned my app because i have sent the old schedule 3 form. this means that all of you, (if anyone else) who sent the new form later on, probably wont get positive answer either. i'm confused why they did not accept mine, when i know that they have accepted to some other people, but i guess that will remain mystery.
anyhow, thank you admins for awesome selfless work on keeping up and updating the excel, and it was really great to meet some great people over these past several months.
the letter i have received with my app dates october 4th, and my app was received by cio on july 10th. i received my package by snail mail to serbia in 24 day, just for the record.
good luck to all of you who are still waiting, and hopefully, you will have more luck then me, and by the time we arrive to canada, you will settle down.

why in your earlier post u hv written 23 augst......as well in another post 21 aug application filled date......n 3 rd aug sat n cic is not workin on saturday...n noc 2147 cap is reached in july 4 only

which noc u belongs too.....
plz share dd or cc charge date?

Congratulation for the 1st Aug applicant, when you really submit your application is is Aug 3rd or 23rd? because Aug 3rd is Saturday
and base in your older post is August 23rd. just want to know because I'm august applicant also.

This doesn't appears to an AOR because it came from CIC and not your local VO, kindly share who is your VO

Hi IndMan..you are mistaken by the statement.
See the address at the end it says HongKong i.e. local VO for Sckink. So it is AOR.
