Nothing as of now (I don't want back ground checks to happen for simple reason - delay in processing & not because of any fake documents)

Also, I believe for FSW 2013, there wont be any background checks except for exceptional cases where VOs have any doubt or picked randomly. Rational being change in process, as an example, in previous years CIC accepted self attested job duties on plain A4 paper, however; this year they have mandate to put duties on Company letter head with signatures and business cards of singing authority.

Just my personal opinion..

Dear Friends,

While I am waiting for MR for FSW2013 against my wife's application, we tried to do some homework and we are getting a feeler that my wife's current company (that has an office in Toronto) might not want to lose her and they may extend an offer to her for Toronto office. Now here is my question to all experienced folks:

1. IF we wish to switch to arranged employment category what all documents do we need to furnish to NVDO besides the current set of papers that NDVO has. I know there has to be an offer letter from Toronto office for sure . What else?

2. Next, what would be the procedure in your opinion? I mean how should I update the NDVO about any such thing (of course if at all it happens!)? Is it like an email followed by document courier or is it like going there physically and submitting in person?

I would guess that w/o offer also we are ~6 months away from visa issue and with offer letter this might speed up!! Anyhow we had planned to apply in her Toronto office even though we would have landed by all our arrangements!!

Any suggestions or words on this scenario is highly appreciated

Your visa office is Hongkong as it is mentioned in your email so this is an AOR for sure congrats

Congratulation for the 1st Aug applicant, when you really submit your application is is Aug 3rd or 23rd? because Aug 3rd is Saturday
and base in your older post is August 23rd. just want to know because I'm august applicant also.
