For NDVO, I would say they are treating applications far more professionally than LVO. Means they are sending AOR clearly mentioning the time frame of 10 months. This necessarily means that May/June applicants would be getting PR visas surely before March 2014.

For LVO, your fear seems right. However the situation will unfold in next 2-3 months once they start sending responses for 2013 applications. Jigzzyy GCMS notes would provide us more clue. Yes .............. Let's hope for the best.

i agree to your words...i mean the fsw program was down for whole year. plus all NOCs in 2011 had a limit...so there would have been limited applications compared to earlier times. the only thing is that people qualifying under other different programs would have been sending their applications throughout the year....

As far as I see...i dont think the busy VOs like LVO,NDVO, etc. will be able to generate PR visa within an year of our applications...sad but seems truee.....anyhow lets hope for the best....

My application was returned on September 4th from CIC because of Caplimit reached under NOC 2174....I am planning to reapply under NOC 2134....but still awaiting for my application...Forum Members kindly, answer my two queries :

1. How much time it will take for my application to reach back India via Canada Regular Post???
2. Any chance for NOC2134 Chemical Engineers to be filled before December???

Yesterday i called to CIC. When they ask for uci number for 3 times than the call was transferred to one agent. I told that i have submitted my application on 25th june but didnt get anything from cic. He told that i must contact CIO for that and took my email address to forward the website of CIO. How could I get my UCI number from Phone??

ITs only 95 till date (May, June & July end, say 2.5 months) so another 2.5 month and forum 37 total. so another 2.5 month we can assome say same number than till date (aug, sep & oct) another 105 so total 200 till date (this is just an assumption) again next 2 month you need to apply than much near to 300. I advise you should make hurry and apply at the earlierst. chances are 60-40.

again this is pure assumption based upon available data.

as per your timeline I assume your application in NOC 2174 is not within CAP as NOC 2174 is reached CAP of 300 in the month of May itself. you can ref the spread returned application tab.
