For NDVO, I would say they are treating applications far more professionally than LVO. Means they are sending AOR clearly mentioning the time frame of 10 months. This necessarily means that May/June applicants would be getting PR visas surely before March 2014.
For LVO, your fear seems right. However the situation will unfold in next 2-3 months once they start sending responses for 2013 applications. Jigzzyy GCMS notes would provide us more clue. Yes .............. Let's hope for the best.

As far as I see...i dont think the busy VOs like LVO,NDVO, etc. will be able to generate PR visa within an year of our applications...sad but seems truee.....anyhow lets hope for the best....
