I want some thoughtful insights in my application. As you all know cap update was on oct 18 and it's already filled 0211 cap. what's the probability that my application included in the cap?

What really means "IN PROCESS" status will be an extremely important info for those who have some properties/goods to sell before leaving to Canada. Nowdays, it is very difficult to sell anything due to world crisis etc... And many of us would like to liquidate goods. This information, that VO has already made an eligibility review would be critical. At least to make an announcement... This would mean that MR is on the way.
Im in such situation. I would like to sell something and luckily I found a buyer...but I am not able to make any movement before MR at least. And I dont know, if I could sell it later at all. :-\

I agree with you did7878. But to give you relief, i can say....do not consider the PER as even 50% possibility to your life in canada and just wait for few more months to start looking for good buyer for all liquid assets you have. Probably at least till MR.
Being further conservative, I would say, IF YOU CAN, wait till you feel comfortable in canada and get your self established. We never know what's waiting for us in the new place.

But yes, "IN PROCESS" status is very very controversial words to define our journey for PR. And looks like VOs are still not following what CIC has declared on Ecas. I believe it will take some more time for VOs to achieve this alignment with status definitions. Funny thing is , by the time they will move on to another program and close this to it will again become insignificant.

You are 8Aug applicant and CIC now a days processing July end applicants. The Cap is filled during process of July End applicants so as per me your application is not within Cap of 300

Did they charge your credit card yet? How did you come to know that your info is not on their system.

Joemimi and valpyan also had applied first week of Sep, not sure what their status is?

Still have not heard from FBI. I called 1-week before shut down and I was told that the wait is about 6 weeks. So, hoping to hear any time now ....

I am sorry to say that its highly unlikely that any August candidates have been in the CAP for 0211.

Hello Forumites,

Today, my consultant informed me that he received an email from LVO requesting to pay the RPRF fee. Also, they have requested me to submit the additional documents such as PCC and my wife's forms.

Hope it serves as a light for applicants from LVO....

Hello ALUSH,

What you got through your consultant may have come supposedly as you want to add your family member(s) who was/were not part of your initial FSWP application ‘in process' at the London Visa Office.

London VO has not started releasing medical request [MR] till date for May 4th 2013 applicants. Though, we are seriously hoping for our MR from the LVO in few days to come.

Please, give the full story.
