I have re applied and my file reached CIC on 18th oct.


What are the chance to be in cap ????

Do they give priority to reapplied application????

Congrats..!! ;D

Now we have 6 applicants in the cap as per spreadsheet.
But 3 only shown by CIC.
That's why I always feel that CIC cap update is behind reality.
What's the secret behind this delay in NOC 2145.
PER's are before or after cap updates .... ?!!

Anyway .... happy for you mate. ;D

WELL ..MAYBE I HAVE AN EXPLANATION TO THIS
2144 is geological enginner and 2145 is petroleum enginner. In the CIC spreadsheet 2145 is written before 2144 ..so I think the numbers are jumbled up . NOC 2144 should be 3 and NOC 2145 should be 38. this should just be a typing error .
Hope they will rectify it soon .

After opening the above link .... found the following...

The information you seek is not available on E-cas . Showing in process

Your application has exceeded normal processing times. As per LVO it's showing 23 months, but I'm still only 4 months and a half..... okay. !!

We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times. So what about FSW2013, which was promised to be processed within one year.

When are we supposed to inquire about our cases.... is it after six months for example??!
LVO .... no AOR .... no case inquiry .... :'( :'( :'(

i have exactly the same doubts lamia, though i still sent them an inquiry about my application.

I dont know if organisation like CIC would do such a blunder but yes, this is a very logical interpretation. A friend of mine under 2144 got his PER last week and count for 2145 was updated. Lets put my PER (Inshallah) as a litmus test to your theory

Thanks for the reply. I have not recieved it yet. I have been checking with the POBOX for quite some time now.
Should I be expecting to recieve it during these days?
OR should i have recieved it earlier?

Your application received at CIC date is 9th October mate. CIC cap was reached the limit for for the applications received on the 12 July. This means your application received at CIC after 3 months of CAP reach.

Although I selected Ankara as the Visa Office, I got my AOR on 21/10/2013 from Warsaw Office.
