guys i recieved an email uci number and along with it another number starting with an alphabet followed by nine numbers. also aknowledgement of my payment and reciepiet number. the email states that that my application has recieved a positive response and would be sent to visa office for final decision. my questions are if anyone with experience would be kind to answer.
how positive i should be after recieving this email that my application would be successful?
approximate timeline?
when would the visa office would actually enquire about my funds?
what step am i supposed to take now?

also i tried checking my app status on cic website but nothing comes up . i have tried changing browsers, tried all number and my surname combination but stil not able to see my file or status.

any swift help would be highly appreciated as im perplexed . :-\

just waked up and very pleased to b inform that got my AOR from NDVO by Benevolent Grace of Maharajji. .
heartily thankful to my friend cum admin Amit for his moral support during this hard waiting time

Its written that application will be processed in average period of 10 months. . But I don't know from what date they gonna count that..

Guys, just letting you know that our CC was charged on Oct. 9.2013. Our application reached on July 12, 2013. NOC 2243. PER - not received to date.

@Coman, you need to check with your bank as our application reached the same day. (This is if you haven't gotten any news to date)

Strangely enough, applicants before us, after us and of the same date as ours have got AOR from NDVO, and we have not. Our application reached there on 30th May. We got PER on 16th Aug.

Hopefully we should get it next week. Any views ??
