any ideas what i can provide to support and convince them? also is any external organization that can credit my experience under Engineer manager?

Hey..I think you should send your proper job description after taking sign from your company which will illustrate your job role clearly as CIC mentioned on website.Plus you can add your relevant projects wic u managed & any kind of support wic u provided to any peer dept or organization.try to attach your salary slips or any co related training or certification experience evidences.

sad to know but dont worry as you are still in Just make sure that the reference letter you submit contains min 60 - 70% of the job responsibilities listed under the NOC 0211 Engineering Manager job details. As you know that letter has to be on original letter head, bear a company stamp, and SHOULD NOT give an impression of a copy / past stuff. Attach a business card of your boss who signs the letter. Keep one thing in mind that the letter you submitted earlier is still with them and the one you will submit now should not at all contradict the previous one in any way, rather should be and extension to the previous one with few additions and bit of rearranging. Ok...so here is where you send them as many documents as you can to eliminate doubt. If you can get a more detailed job letter that would be great, also an appointment letter/offer letter for when you just got the job. Any payslips that you would have gotten during that period, copy of business cards if you had any. You can also send a copy of company ID card/identification card if you had any. If there are any tax related documents that would state that you worked with the company for that set period, hen those would help too. Even internal emails that you can print off that give an idea of your job and day to day activities that you did, you can print these off and get them signed by you Human Resource Officer if you have one. Job letters from direct Managers and Supervisors on Company Letter Head can also help. If you had membership in a local Engineering Group or body a membership Letter from them may help as well.

These are my htoughts on the matter, hope they help. Please forgive all the typos.

Hello guys. pls help me out here.
I have been out for a while.
I was looking at spreadsheet and for NOC 2132 the last one charged was 8th July while 15 days back it was 5th July.
Am I looking at wrong spreadsheet or CIC is slowing the process?
Any reasons?

Just 3 days in 11 days . mfmf got charged 10/1/2013 and ez2remember on 10/4/2013 under 2132. Later no updates. Almost same other noc's. Is strike still going in CIC?
