Very unfortunate thing to happen buddy. Cap might filled by August only. Have a look at other immigration options like AUS, NZ, Denmark etc. All the Best :)

I agree with crazymaple statement. Its very late to apply under 2132. But just give a try if you are ready with WES, IELTS and docs.

No need to get tensed. Your payment mode is DD it takes some time to hear from CIC when compared to CC. Just relax and watch your Fav Movie :) :) :)

Just 3 days in 11 days :o. mfmf got charged 10/1/2013 and ez2remember on 10/4/2013 under 2132. Later no updates. Almost same other noc's. Is strike still going in CIC?
