Yep, I mistakenly choose NY as visa office on my application form. I guess CIO does not follow that and still they are the one who determine which visa office applies to the applicant.

And next applicant with CPP-O although his VO is NY ;D

I don't think the applicant has any connection with Canada otherwise surely he would let us know about so important issue.

what is difference between
FSW1 and FSW3 ?

Category 1 (FSW 1): For persons in an occupation which corresponds to the list of occupations identified in the Ministerial Instructions and have evidence of one year of continuous full-time (or full-time equivalent) experience in that occupation;(skilled occupations that are shortage)

Category 2 (FSW 2): For persons who have arranged employment offer with a Canadian employer and are in canada working for same employer on CWP (exception is BOWP)

Category 3 (FSW 3): For students or workers who are legally residing in Canada, and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting their application.

FYI all USA applications are processed by CPP-O...nothing new
That includes NY, LA VO.

I don't think so. I did not received one and haven't seen anyone in this forum got AOR from CPP-O.

Hmm... it happened what happened. Anyway I think that App no means nothing. Maybe UCI number includes a VO number. I'm curious ;D

If application number means nothing, share yours then ;D ;D ;D

UCI does not specifically tells when the file / UCI was generated. My 3rd digit is 2, and my UCI was generated in July 2010. Anyway, stop guessing the digits & their significance in the system. These are auto generated when they input the info.
