Hello PPL,


Today, my wait for AOR got over. I didn't received any AOR , instead after a painstaking wait of almost 3 months I got MR , RPRF along with request to submit new PCC for spouse( that was not submitted earlier). But didn't received any request for submitting the bank statement.

My local visa office is NDVO, but this email is sent from CPPO and also they have mentioned in the email to send all documents and fee receipts to CPP-0. I am happy but little confused as I haven't received any communication from NDVO so far. Guys who have already got MR or who have got request to submit their passport could help me in just clearing my confusion.

I did my medical on 10th March and sent my pp to NDVO.Many others already got Stamped pp back but me unknown.Isnt it unfair and inhuman?

Probably its not yet reached the CIO. Thats my feeling as you are a July applicant for 2174 and they are yet to receive the same and open it for processing

You loose nothing except courier charge if you already had IELTS score card, WES Report and other docs. Go for it buddy. All the best

I am in the same boat... But I had submitted later in sep. Not sure how the shutdown has impacted this. Folks in the US any news on this?

Does this mean they have lost my application or it’s not yet opened?

I wrote them an e-mail yesterday with a copy of my FEDEX confirmation letter when the file was received and signed by D.Martin by CIC.
Should I call them today or wait for them to search for my file?

Hi folks,

I was wondering if we can can tell from the recent MR requests that MI-8 application will processed in front of other MI or we can not conclude that until we hear from visa offices like NDVO or LVO since they have the greatest backlogs. We are too many in the forum, can any one reach an expert opinion or someone who is updated with the situation in LVO or NDVO. I remember one forum member stated that David Cohen says that LVO won't process MI 8 applications in 3 to 4 months!!!!!! Is there any new updates I am sorry I can't remember the forum member name but I would ask everyone to network for additional info regrading our position in the applications queue.

What we can see from the trend is that Applicants are rejected for using old schedule 3 form and not for generic form. So you are safe.
