I wrote them an e-mail yesterday with a copy of my FEDEX confirmation letter when the file was received and signed by D.Martin by CIC.
Should I call them today or wait for them to search for my file?

Not opened yet buddy ... Have faith and be patient !

What we can see from the trend is that Applicants are rejected for using old schedule 3 form and not for generic form. So you are safe.

Nobody can tell ... if you send it today, you would still have a chance but later nobody can predict anything.

All you have to do is just redoing your IELTS and at the time you will apply you can review the Noc status again

Currently it is 132 applicants for NOC 2131, but i don't know is it actual state. ???

In this forum, the last one from NOC 2131 who got his PER is 4th of July Applicant... So so we don't know what is gonna happen for files till date, but you can say that in 3 months 132 applicants, so after more 3 months it will be 264, that means as for today, still chances are high to get within the cap.
