Someone yesterday reported their file was returned due to this form being the incorrect one.

Has anyone else had this happen. I used the one dated 04-2013 but looks like while my app was traveling to Canada the form was updated. I doesn't seem fair that an app can be rejected on this basis!

Just for info , it is clear that NDVO is sending acknowledgement after 11 sept from NDVO! There are now two member who got AOR.

We need to request other members to visit forum and share their status for unto date spread sheet.

No man nothing yet. I even replaced my office mailbox and replaced it with the email address only given to CIC hoping not to miss any update from them.
Looks like I will have to continue to park my @$$ at the edge of the seat till I get AOR. Wait a minute today is Gandhi Jayanti and a dry day. ??? More waiting to do.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We require the following information/documents in order to continue processing:

Proof of funds (CAD$11,115) that represent liquid assets that are transferable/available as settlement funds. Proof must constitute a banking or savings history showing account activity for the most recent 12 month period, and must also include proof of the source for any deposit greater than the equivalent of CAD$ 1,000. If proof of funds other than a banking or savings history is submitted, proof of the source of these funds must also be submitted. Please note that sale deeds and property assessments are not acceptable as proof of liquid assets. Furthermore, bank statements or letters are not acceptable if they do not show any history of funds. Failure to submit satisfactory proof of funds, including proof of source, may lead to the refusal of your application on the grounds that you may be unwilling or unable to support yourself and, if applicable, your dependants upon arrival in Canada. You have 60 days to submit it.

Undergo medical examinations, you and all your dependants must undergo medical examinations or, if applicable undergo them again as your medical examinations will expire before we are able to finalize your case. Medical instructions were sent to your e-mail directly from our system. You have 30 days to undergo them.

Right of Permanent Residence Fee payment for you and, if applicable your spouse. This fee (US$490 each) must be paid at any branch of xxxxxxxxx to the following account number: xxxxxxxx. You have 60 days to pay it.

Original passport for you and all your dependants. Please note that the expirity date shouldn't be less that December 2014. You have 60 days to submit them.

IF YOUR UCI 9095XXXX....third figure from starting represent ..the month u got ur file open .....in this example the one who got their application oprn in september they will got 9 at third spot....

some example.....
similarly if uci 9075xxxx....than file open in july


uci 9061xxx...than file open in june

so number three spot from starting represent the month.....

I have 2 friends who had applied under 2132. Both have received PER last week. One was 4th JUly applicant and other was 8th July applicant.
So I feel 1st July was crossed long ago. Based on these 2 PERS, I believe CIC has started working on 2nd week July applicants.

So guys just call CIC at the earliest and get your status checked. Also check your CC/DD encashment with respective banks, and hence update the status in spreadsheet.

u misunderstood in ur case observation also right....ur file open in august.....n i think u rec per in aug so ur uci third figure is 8....
again read i mentioned file open word not file rec word......

I am facing a similar issue. I changed my kid's name recently and applied for her passport last Friday. CPP-O asked the kid's passport copies in 30 days. I applied in expedited processing and because of this recent shut down, not sure whether the passport processing gets affected or not. It usually takes 3 weeks to get the passport with expedited processing. And only when I get the passport for her, we can go for medicals, else it will be just me and my wife's medicals excluding the kid's. Bad timing for a shutdown!!!

Looks like passport renewals will go thru....

Not sure how they are going to deal with PCC requests. Based on the logic of self-funding services as described below, hope its not affected. Better to call up FBI call center to check on this. If you guys get any updates on this please share....

If you send an email to CIC, You have to wait for 20 workin' day... but it's a way to see your status and it doesn't cost you anything....
Anyway, 4th July applicants are charged these days, so you'll get the good news right up!

It's 90 days now. Nothing from CIC. So decided to mail them. Shall I do it??

This means I have to follow ECAS for any update on my file. By the way what is the time line FSW-13 are looking at from start to end of the process? Also by considering 3 months have already passed................How many more to go until stamping?

Well once u get ur UCI in PER, You can log in....but the status remains the same for long...i.e. in Process....so actually logging in to ECAS is just an initial charm...im sure other senior members will agree to this....

i got my gcms notes...and the due date for my application process to complete is given as 05-Aug-2014...so the minister was rite that in one year we will be done with the process...

dont know if pakistani's can get caught up in long security checks due to current situation. Coz for australia immigration, pakistani's r suffering with long security checks...
