about loan it depends I have never heard form anyone that they have checked for loan but if you submit your bank statement and there is EMI deduction in that they may ask about clarification.

This one is regarding funds that we have to show.. That have to be in cash deposited in bank or FD's etc... Do they also check running loan on individual etc?

I advise you take a chance send applicaiton immidiately with new form, as no other expense than courier cost.

My consulatant sent me an email saying that my application package has been returned due to incorrect Schedule 3 form . My package was initially received on 3rd July. Later on I realised that incorrect form has been filled . I called up CIC and spoke to the lady who said that since I have not been allocated a UCI number , it is okay to fill the correct form and send it. I did this on 9th Sept by courier. Form received on 11th Sept by CIC.

The package has been sent back with the letter dated 20th Sept.

Any advise by forum members. My NOC is 2132.

My consulatant sent me an email saying that my application package has been returned due to incorrect Schedule 3 form . My package was initially received on 3rd July. Later on I realised that incorrect form has been filled . I called up CIC and spoke to the lady who said that since I have not been allocated a UCI number , it is okay to fill the correct form and send it. I did this on 9th Sept by courier. I have been trying to verify whether LVO will process FSW applicants before 2010 and 2011 applicants or after they process 2010 and 2011 but I reached to no where. Would anyone please try to find information on the who is gonna be queued after who. thankfully we have received PER but we need to know if MR will be sent within a year or more than that so we can plan our steps for now.

My daughter's passport is about to expire on 27th July 2014. Due to intense khujli (hindi slang for unwanted desire to do stuff that is not necessary), I thought of getting it renewed and I have received an appointment for 3rd October.

I was wondering, if it is really necessary for me to go ahead with this process. If I do, what do I need to do, keep in mind that I don't have AOR issued to me yet.

If anyone could let me know the process required to be followed for notifying VO of Passport change before and after AOR stage, I will be grateful.

I also find it really strange.
At previous speeds they should have been processing people from 12 - 16 th July by now. They completely slowed down two weeks ago.

VATS and DD2211.

as you know from medical request new delhi forum, medical season fall for NDVO in September. I would say AOR and MR will start in NDVO in October because of below reasons.

1. in FSW program , the list of occupation is highly in demand in the market of Canada to meet the shortage of skills and also to leverage the economy. Therefore,
2.FSW2013 is alywas given a high priority with respect to previous fsw programs, similary as you know for fsw2011 was given high priority than 2011,2010 ext.
3.NDVO need to clear only 1500 max cases to get the spaces for FSW2013 applicant belong to NDVO because there would be approx 1500-1800 applicant under fsw2013 who belongs to NDVO. so NDVO need not to wait to clear the entire backlog of MI1,2.., they just need 1500 spaces and once they create it they will start processing fsw2013.

I am just guessing this after comparing their way of processing method in past.but this guess is correct technically!!

Hope they are working this way.... I think NDVO is busy in completing their quaterly target... I have read somewhere that they have audit in end of Sep month for their target/process and all.

LOLz........k....I think you can renew it but Should update NDVO immediate after receiving AOR.... No need to update CIC for this change.
