should it be sent unsigned or it should be signed at the base of 2nd page

(i) What if the same was sent unsigned

(ii) What if someone had signed at bottom of Page No. '2'

How you people had sent it

Hello everyone!

I'm an aspiring applicant for FSW2013 NOC2147. I sent my documents around 2nd week of July, credit card got charged by Sept 26, and I got the email with my UCI and "your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed" last Sept 27. Yihaaaa! What does this mean? Am I in? Hahaha!

Right now, I'm so thankful, overwhelmed, and happy. A part of me is also confuse and tense because I don't know what to do next. So it's mixed emotions.

So basically when the WES says non recognized institution, one shouldn't ever apply.. woah.. I just wasted 550 CAD..

And I did try to contact CIC but never received any reply... The phones are always busy.
And regarding being on the spreadsheet... I did fill the google docs form, not sure why my details are not in there...

So basically one final question, the 550 CAD is gone right? I won't receive any refund?

i feel someone saying my cc got charged and then i was rejected because of non recognized institution is just making us fool..the reasons are

1) you get wes report before you apply for cic, if wes has return your education is not from recognized institution ,why u send it to cic.
2) you are not in spreadsheet and suddenly u say my cc was charged one month back..why u did contact cic earlier?

i think it is just a way to discourage ...
anyway its my opinion..that we should not take this msg seriously

anyone from 3142 need not worry at current stage as cap is just showing 143 means not even half the number..initial rush is gone so there is lot of hope still.

2nd there is wrong information that u dont get job there if u dont have canadian experience..if u clear pce then u will get job easily..so think positive

I want know that can I apply for FSW for medical laboratory technologist category however my education profile different from this category but work profile is almost similar.

I can't give the exact dates because I can't find my FeDex receipt. This is the closest from what I can remember, I sent it July 10 and they received it July 15. I'll update here once I find my receipt.

please anyone can help me in this..i applied for NOC2147 and my application was received and signed on 17 of July but my IELTS score was
L6 R6 S6 W5.5..so i retake the IELTS exam again and i got 6.5 in all skills.i sent the update for my IELTS score with a new cover letter and it should reach CIC office on 1st of Oct..do i have any chance :-(

There are 8 applicants 2147 in the spreadsheet between 4th July and 15th July... None of them received anything from CIC and in the official update there are only 10 places free... How come?

I am 2132 applicant. File reached on 10-07-2013. Now, should i wait for their reply for the next 1-2 week or it is better to send mail to CIC to get the status of the file. As we all know they need at least 20 days to reply to the mail. Wait for reply.
