sorry to say but if anyones file is rejected due to unrecognized university then u cant apply on basis of masters only (u do bachelors first so need to evaluate both ).

UGC recognized university or college has nothing to do with WES report as UGC is not in recognized list of WES. so someone saying i will sue them is not a valid point.

CIC update number 151 is only up to June end applications processed and issued PERs while Spreadsheet number is applicants present in this forum till date. Spreadsheet represents only 20-30% of Global applicants . CIC has 3-4 times more applications received and awaiting processing. which mean CIC had nearly 400-450 apps under noc 2132 category

I want to know on what calculation many of the members drawing to a conclusion that a particular code is cap full;For example,in the beginning many of you posted that 1112 NOC is full by May10th itself;Later on extended till May 20th,Finally concluded that it must be till May end;Now if thats the case how come Raj's file,10th June,1112 guy,has been sent back for some missing doc?On what basis can we judge that the CAP is full by May end???The same logic with 2174 and 2147.There is no logic behind any conclusion.Also if the CAP is full by May end and all those applicants received PER/DD encashed confirmation is there no chance of getting rejected at a later stage?In that case from where shall CIC pick the applicants?I somehow feel June and July initial applicants need not loose hope;They still have chances.All the Best to all of you.

There's been a long break in between and the CIC are about 1 week delayed compared their previous speed.

Thanks a lot swissfswp, you are absolutely right, our NOC is v slow, but I can foresee that it will go v long as compare to 2147.
Even the august 0211 applicants have a good hope.
