Well I promised to let you know when I heard anything from LVO.
Some of you will know that I needed to send an update to them as I've changed jobs. In response to my submission they sent a short but friendly email acknowledging my submission and confirming that my file is in a queue waiting to be processed there.
So at least I know my file is in the right place!

Hi, when did you submit them your updated documents? Was it by postal mail? After how many days they sent u acknowledgement email?

What is relation between UCI and PER ????

If UCI is generated but cc is not charged in how many days it will get charged???

What about checking status online ?? Do i have to add "-" in uci no while checking status online in CIC website ???????

UCI (Universal Client Identification number) is an 8-digit number located on your study permit, and is also known as your Client ID. This is the number that Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) uses to identify you for the purpose of your immigration file immigration officials will ask for this number whenever you have contact with them via the CIC website, call centre or on a paper application.

UCI number does not guarantees PER

CIC will update up to 8th July at next cap
and will close the cap up to 17th July
I hope that I am right

Looks like there are many applicants outside this forum under NOC's like 2147,0211. Of the total PER's issued by CIC only 20% belongs to forum.
Also in last few days very few PER's on forum. Last increase in noc update by CIC was around 58 and only 11 were from our forum.

A week has passed with little PER's form the spreadsheet. Looks like 2147 will be closing sooner than expected. If such is the scenario, looks like in the next CIC update either today or Monday, 2147 will be cap-filled. ???

CIC update number 151 is only up to June end applications processed and issued PERs while Spreadsheet number is applicants present in this forum till date. Spreadsheet represents only 20-30% of Global applicants . CIC has 3-4 times more applications received and awaiting processing. which mean CIC had nearly 400-450 apps under noc 2132 category

Hi all!

I am back with good news. Firstly my application was transffered to Kyiv VO on September 3
Secondly for those of you who might need to get an FBI certificate, please keep in mind that Canadian Embassy in your country might be able to perform fingerprint collection. You may contact your local embassy to find out ) . They are providing this service in Ukraine on Fridays at 9AM.
