I have a query guys.. as u all know my file got rejected due to

"I am not satisfied that you meet the minimal requirements pursuant to R75 (3), specifically part e) of the above requirements because you have not submitted evidence of completion of a Canadian secondary educational credential (or its equivalent), in accordance with R75(2)(e) and R75(8) of IRPA. The equivalency assessment that you have provided does not indicate that you have completed a Canadian educational credential or its' equivalent."

I have a bachelor's degree in computer applications (BCA) from india (integral university) its a private university registered by UGC.
My ECA report by Wes was 3 years post secondary education from a non - recognized institute.

I have also completed my MCA masters in computer applications from PTU punjab techinical university. but i m wait for my degree to come i have a provisional degree valid for one year till the time i get the original one... i will get the original in nov or dec 2013.

as per the cic rules my application was complete but rejected due to minimum requirement so i will not get my file returned.. i will get only the refund of the fee. my ECAS is still IN PROCESS

i m planning to apply next year again after evaluating my MCA degree. with a cover letter explaining the whole story and i have not shown my MCA education in my this year application because i thought they will get confused because u ahve evaluated only my bachelors degree not masters....

As per WES rule course for which i m applying for evaluation should be completed with all the transcript and degree.

my application will be considered again or not...

need your suggestions !!

NO PROBLEMS. If you have experience in 2 or more different NOC's out of the 24 Canadian Govt has opened in FSWP 2013, you can apply in any number of NOC's.

There are no issues with that. Only your experience should be atleast 1 year in that particular NOC and your Job Duties and Responsibilities should match with what is described by HRSDC for that particular NOC.

The CIC has introduced a CAP and once a CAP reached why they considered any old application.

Further as per the person he has completed his MCA recently so he does not have any experience after completing his MCA. His previous education has already been reject by the CIC.

As per my opinion (I am not sure) the will not consider and the person have to send a fresh application

when ur file got rejected and did they charge ur fee.did they mention in their mail that they will refund ur fee.it was refused due to non recognised institution rather due to ur education.

26 September 2013 - Canada's Foreign Service Officers Reach Tentative Agreement with Federal Government
The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with the Treasury Board of Canada to end our six-month labour dispute.

“PAFSO is satisfied with this deal,” said PAFSO President Tim Edwards.“This agreement was reached through compromises on both sides,” continued Edwards. “We salute the spirit of constructive engagement which our employer brought to our latest discussions. This deal is a victory for free and fair bargaining in the federal public service.”

With the signing of this tentative agreement PAFSO has ordered an immediate suspension of all strike measures and work to rule. The agreement requires ratification by the PAFSO membership and approval by the full Treasury Board. PAFSO's Executive Committee and Treasury Board president Tony Clement have agreed to recommend acceptance of the offer.

“We are pleased that the Government has recognized the tremendous value and dedication which Foreign Service Officers provide to Canadians and their elected representatives,” said Edwards. “It has been a hard-fought battle and I would like to salute the unity, resolve, and stamina of our members in securing a fair and equitable deal. We're excited to get back to doing the work we love, promoting and protecting Canada's values and interests abroad.”

The 1,350 Foreign Service Officers have been without a contract since July 1, 2011 and in a legal strike position since April 2, 2013. This agreement concludes the longest federal public service strike since the introduction of collective bargaining in 1967.

Yippeeeeeee this is what we all are waiting for.... NOW HOPING FOR FAST PROCESSING OF FSW2013 APPLICATIONS.....

As regard the original IELTS certificate, you may send a copy with remarks that original was send with your previous application (You have to mention File No. along with copy of rejection letter)

Further also check on WES site that the university from which you completed your BCA degree should not be on the list of blacklisted university of WES

i have submitted DD's as a payment, i believe its reject because WES has not mentioned any Canadian education equivalent to my degree

I have given my opinion only if CAP is not reached. If CAP is reached then nothing can be done. You have to send a fresh application next year, MAy 2014.

My sense is that you can even evaluate the masters degree alone without the bachelors degree provided it is from a recognised university and you studied full-time. I know ICAS can evaluate the masters degree independent of the bachelors. The only thing I think you should worry about is the CAP of the NOC you are applying for.
