Just to inform everyone that my application was refused due to points 66 only. My 2 years experience was not considered due to duties not mentioned in employment certificate and I only attached testimonial from dept head.. Thanks admins and all forum members for unwavering supports to each of everyone. Guys what would you suggest if I will resubmit my new application end of october for noc 2131 do I have any chance to reach the cap?

I got additional Original TRF from AEO in sealed envelope and send it along with my application . is it okay???

Btw, I have a doubt,I didnt send my bank stmt with my application and they havnt askd for it with MR request. I did see the CPP-O applicants are requested to submit that too with the MR if they havnt submitted that with the application. Is that so??

Spreadsheet represents only 20% (41)of applicants (NOC 0211) that got PER to the total applicants that got PER (198 as per CIC latest update). From Aug 21 to Sep 21, i.e in 1 month time, for NOC 0211, the increase was 126, i.e more than 4 applicatios per day. So going by the trends, and with only 104 spots left for NOC 0211, these will be filled in 104/4 =26 days. As on Sep 21, the last PER received in category 0211, was 28TH June applicant. So we should count 26 days after June 28, which is around 24th July. Giving some calculation error, it can go upto max 31st July applicants.

But I think you should be hopeful. When you say 20% received PER ( this is excluding those whose applications have been returned). In fact we have reached 30% in spreadsheet ( Those May n June applicants who havnt received PER as per spreadsheet have either received PER and not updated it or their application will be returned most probably and this trend will remain in future as well - which means some of the applications will be returned for July AUg applicants as well) .Secondly, from Aug 21 to Sep 21 NOC increased by 126 but it covered 1.5 month I think ( half may and june ). Am I right? I might be wrong but will appreciate feedback from members for my understanding

You can take help from your relative/friends help in this regards (Who have SCB account)..

All you need to do, deposit required amount+ bank charge in your relative/friend account...and he/she can do the paper work for you....

SCB will take only account holders request in BD...

My application was received 27th may. In my NER does not mentioned about refund. Will I get a refund in this stage? Any info guys?

Hi vertigoden, Congrats on MR first of all.

Regarding 30 days limit, I am in same boat as you are. My FBI process will take around another month and there is no way to speed it up.
I checked with my lawyer but she was not concerned about 30 days limit as we have already started processing for FBI PCC.
She said submit remaining documents (MR, India PCC, fee) and we can submit FBI PCC later on.

I am checking with her senior lawyer again on 30 day limit as I want to be sure. I will keep you posted on this but I am sure it will be allright if we go beyond 30 day limit.

As in the case of Jigs and vertigoden, looks like CIC is asking for the FBI clearance again although we sent it earlier and with a short leash on time, FBI clearance takes 6 weeks atleast and we cannot get it in one month and send it to CIC. Please contribute information regarding your FBI clearance certificates or other PCC's. When were they issued and how long are they valid. Other members of the forum can benefit from this information and be prepared. Please contribute your information. Anybody???
