I had Canada WP in 2009/2010, on that WP Client ID is mentioned, i am trying to see my Application status on CIC website with that client ID but it says information provided is invalid, what would be the problem? is it because of my file they have not yet opened or is it because of client ID was assigned in 2009? please suggest

i jst get replied from CIO abot my inquiry they told me my file has been transferred to NDVO.
can anyone provide me the mailing address of NDVO..how long they take to response enquiry??

That can not be the reason for rejection. Even if your referral letters of your past jobs indicate job duties matching to the concerned NOC, CIC accepts that. It is not required that your experience certificates should haVe duties listed. Referral letters obtained from your Boss/HR on Company letter head are sufficient. Company letter head should bear office address , contact numbers etc.

Yes you can submit again, with correct referral letters either from your supervisor/boss or from HR.

Bank cannot confim the transaction if its declined, if its hold may be can... if declined what they can do is... wait untill cic make another attempt to aprove it... cic will make at least 3 attempts... r u sure they charge from. Ur. Cc

Dear Dsiraj,Stoic and Aakif2013 thanks a lot for your prompt reply.
I called my bank and asked them to confirm the transaction. They confirmed and gave me the confirmation number.
Is it ok ? Am I safe now ? but how CIC can know my CC is charged ? Are you sure they will try again? because I think if they try again they can see the CC is charged already.
Should I do anything other than waiting for PER ?
Maybe because 2145 is so rare they try again.

Typically the policy is.....IF THEY DIDNT ASK FOR IT: DONT SEND IT" However I have found that sometimes they forget to ask for documents and then ask for them later causing a delay. So if your bank statement if fine, then I would advise you to go ahead and send the 6 month statement.

Dear forum seniors.....I sent for noc civil. My offer letter has only my occupation and designation and all Hr stuff but nothing about my nature of work. But I only sent referral letter which clearly explains my nature of work and roles and responsibilities which is signed by my manager.... Is this good enough
