Hi to all,

I am May 30 Applicant and ECAS Status has been "In Process" since 3rd week of August but have not received PER. I sent enquiry on 30 August and got a reply yesterday and it says:

"Good Day,

Be advised a letter was sent via email to the email address provided on your application. The file is currently with the visa office in London. As we no longer hold the file we cannot comment on its status."

PER received on 23 August 2013
DD encashed on 13 August 2013

Bit upset with my consultant because they missed the email but feel relieved.

Admin, please update my status in the Spreadsheet

I had applied for NOC 2174 and my application was received by courier to CIO on 5th July 2013 but till date I had not received any email about PER. I also wrote query to CIO but no response too...

is the cap reached so my application is not being processed?? I am worried..

Emails are always responded in 20 working days. Also note that 2174 cap has been reached and be prepared for your package to be returned via snail mail

2147...Applicants max till gulbadan sigh ( line number 536 ) will be within CAP. No Aug applicant in spreadsheet will be able to male it..sorry...

Anybody will like to challenge it??

Unfortunately almost all June 2174 applicants did not reach in the cap. Even some of end May applicants have reported their applications to be returned due to Cap.

It takes 2-3 months for your application to return home.

my courier service delivery proof shows the Destination Service Area as HALIFAX,CANADA.but in CIC website address mentioned(I have written the same address on the package) is Sydney, NS,Canada.Are these two address same?
I am 2134 july 3rd applicant.when should expect CC charging?
please pray for me.i really want to see my spreadsheet row greener and bluer.

I believe they did not update the last destination and straight away updated delivered

I dont agree with you. It is highly unlikely that 0211 & 2132 will last beyond 5th August 2013 applications as forum applications represent only 20% of the global applications.

Mobeepk: Do you think that under 2147, applicants till gulbadan singh (29th July applicant) will get PER, considering that 264 seats are already occupied out of 300 till 30th June applications.

I believe till 7-10 July APPLICATIONS, CAP WILL BE FILLED FOR 2147

I dont agree with you. Looks like that for 0211, 2132, it is not possible as forum application represent only 20% of the global applications.

I think only July applicants will get PER for 0211, and till 7th Aug for 2132.

Hi Gyus, I have received my PER on 16th Aug and file sent to NDVO.I have not heard back from NDVO after receipt of PER from CIC Nova Scotia and my status in ECAS is "In Process".

I attached Police verification for self & spouse dated 12th Oct 2012 as I prepared my file for Jan 2013 submission and it extended till May 4th.

Similarly my 3 months Bank statement was also of Dec 2012.

I am not sure about NDVO will ask for new PCC or the attached one will be sufficient. Can anyone share the view or guide me?

today I enqired with the bank from where i made DD on 13 June 2013 and confirmed that Validity of DD is just 3 months as per New RBI rule. that means my draft also expired. please help me what i should do to check status of my file as no updates or email of PER :-\ :-\

Do you think thats why my CC has not been charged assuming all is well with my application. My application arrived on 25th JUne and my NOC code is 2263.

I sent the application with FEDEX. And they sent me an email after delivering the parcel. It was in PDF format and there was the name of receiving person. Also DHL does the same. Don't know about your courier...what is your courier...
