today I enqired with the bank from where i made DD on 13 June 2013 and confirmed that Validity of DD is just 3 months as per New RBI rule. that means my draft also expired. please help me what i should do to check status of my file as no updates or email of PER :( :( :-\ :-\

my app received on 18th June 2013, no update till date.I sent enquiry email on 10th sep, i have attached scan copy of DD and delivery proof but did not mentioned my full Name and DOB. so do i need to resend the email ?? please advise.
