I SENT FROM JORDAN TO CANADA THROUGH DHL AND IT TOOK THEM 8 DAYS TO DELIVER

London VO is not going to send the AOR so wait for MR and did you send your PCC along with ur application?

Since u have already received PER, there won't be any impact on your application.

I dont think so, you have to take IELTS again. Do it only if you VO asked for new IELTS result.
