The previous update happened on 18th Sep, which was a Wednesday. Am not sure about the other NOCs, but in 2147, the total cap reached was 246 and apps received between 26th to 28th June were receiving PERs and trend of getting PERs in a day or 2 was happening last week. The most recent update was yesterday (Monday) - 23rd Sept. So even if I include 18th & exclude 23rd, its 3 working days. Yesterday 2nd & 3rd July apps got PERs and cap update reached 264, which means 18 got added in 3 days (An average of 6 per day).

Prior to 18th, the update happened on 9th Sept and it was 210 that day (Mon). Which means in 7 working days the cap reached 246 (added by 36). 36 in 7 working days, again means an average of 5 per day. Total average in 10 working days = 54/10 = 5.4 (Approx 5-6 per day)

So now we have 26 more to go in 2147 and if we apply 5-6 per day ave, the cap should become full in 4-5 working days. 3rd July applicants are receiving PERs now, which means CC/DD charging of 4th July onward should be happening from today and 3rd July apps will continue receiving PERs today. I expect it to cover till 5th or 8th July applicants in the next 4-5 days. I might be wrong in my calculation and any inputs are welcome from other members. But I request the members not to take these seriously and just believe in their hopes & destiny

My Calculations also result the same have my fingers crossed hoping for the best!!!!

hi i am NOC 2134 july 3 applicant....still no news from CIC or my credit card company....some of guys from other NOC (2nd and 3rd july) got charged....i hope i will be the next one...pray for me guys....i really want to see the color change of my row in spreadsheet...

I sent my application on 16th sept.2013 and as per my courier service info it reached at Sydney NS on 20th sept.2013. I am the NOC-2147 contender.But yesterday i checked the application status and it was showing 264 caps,So am i still in the race of 2147 cap.

Even i didn't get any reply from CIC,whether my application they got or not.

Want some positive reply..

check the spreadsheet.. NDVO sent AOR till 21st May. Working on previous year applications i guess. My app was filed on 24th May, PER date was 12th AUg.. waiting for AOR

NOC 2147 ( 264 filled just remain only 36 ) , and 2nd July applicant's CC/DD charging . Good chance till 10th july applicant's . Hope for the best .

Small error in my calculation. I took it as 26 more instead of 36. Now corrected. So looks like till 10th July there is a chance

Cap update on 23rd Sep doesn't mean CIC has completed checking files uptill 23rd Sep.

There is a lag of two months in processing of files from CIC.

CIC is currently checking files of first week of July and Cap update is uptill first week of July.

Applications of July, Aug, Sep is still in queue and waiting for CIC communication.

2147 is approaching 300, u will not be able to make into CAP this year. Best of luck for next year.
