Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that we currently have no record of your submission in our database.

However, it could be in the queue for initial processing. If you wish to submit a status enquiry in 3-4 weeks, a further search can be done.

I sent the file to Sydney office, but my courier delivery note says it was received at HALIFAX. Can anybody confirm if the format of Delivery note of courier is like as below:

You are not visiting or advising people as effective as others and your efforts can not compare with other admin,why dont you and your jigzyy take take of updating sheet actively? :you are collecting credits of all forum members look at other topic , people are not in race to collect credit.. member can get idea about timeline from your spread sheet but what about their queries, your spread sheet is not everything ..honey.. : check quality post your post and other member post,start helping others rather than just doing marketing

To this I must humbly say Thank You. It is very much a TEAM effort....maintaining the spreadsheet is not easy, we have some admins who have only ever updated twice and others who continue to give selflessly of their time and knowledge Thanks fellow Admins!!!). Even moreso the members who in faith posted their information and through sharing made the spreadsheet and this forum a success. Jigzyy and I are both equals in the conception and continuation of the sheet....so he deserves just as much credit as I do if not more for putting up with me....plus we do help to keep each other sane!!!!!

So its 5 days not 3, hope for the best

In just 3 working days since the last update, it has jumped by 18, i.e 6 per working day

I am June 27 applicant NOC 2132. Same as you, I haven't received any updates with regards to my application. I am using Demand draft as mode of payment too. I am stressed out but still optimistic. God will do what is best for us..

So CIC status has been updated. 66 applications added during last week. Can anyone comment that what was the trend in previous weeks

The previous update happened on 18th Sep, which was a Wednesday. Am not sure about the other NOCs, but in 2147, the total cap reached was 246 and apps received between 26th to 28th June were receiving PERs and trend of getting PERs in a day or 2 was happening last week. The most recent update was yesterday (Monday) - 23rd Sept. So even if I include 18th & exclude 23rd, its 3 working days. Yesterday 2nd & 3rd July apps got PERs and cap update reached 264, which means 18 got added in 3 days (An average of 6 per day).

Prior to 18th, the update happened on 9th Sept and it was 210 that day (Mon). Which means in 7 working days the cap reached 246 (added by 36). 36 in 7 working days, again means an average of 5 per day. Total average in 10 working days = 54/10 = 5.4 (Approx 5-6 per day)

So now we have 36 more to go in 2147 and if we apply 5-6 per day ave, the cap should become full in 6-7 working days. 3rd July applicants are receiving PERs now, which means CC/DD charging of 4th July onward should be happening from today and 3rd July apps will continue receiving PERs today. I expect it to cover till 8th - 10th July applicants in the next 6-7 days. I might be wrong in my calculation and any inputs are welcome from other members. But I request the members not to take these seriously and just believe in their hopes & destiny

You may contact CIC via cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca . Please make sure to provide your Full Name, DOB, and UCI number. If you have not received your UCI, then try to call CIC first to obtain your UCI.

It takes 20 working days before you hear something from them. I sent a status inquiry email on Aug. 29, and just last night I received their response.
