My file received in Warsaw Visa Office at 20.Sep.2013, I have received email 30 minutes ago.
My Visa Office was Ankara, Bu it is forwarded to Warsaw in Poland. maybe it is for the strike in Ankara.

I received my PER today. The fee was en-cashed on 21 September. Admin please update the spreadsheet.

My visa office was Ankara, but in the email stated Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing. I want to know is it same for other visa offices or just Ankara?

Hope you are doing well. I got AOR dated 20th September from Warsaw VO though I choose Ankara in my application. I think Ankara is fully closed!

I guess this procedure might be applicable only for Applicants whom their original visa office was Tehran!
Tehran visa office has been closed already and all visa applications will be forwarded to Ankara (or Warsaw recently).
So, I guess Turkish applicant (for example) will be processed in their own country e.g. Ankara.

It's been about 2 years it's closed and even before that, the applications were forwarded to Damascus. So, I think it's because they won't send the applications to mentioned visa office in our application.

Just now I have sent email to CIC for status of application as no PER received till date.

My DD was encashed on 6th of September. ECAS Status " IN PROCESS" " YOUR APPLICATION RECEIVED FOR PR ON 19TH JUNE 2013"

I have quoted UCI number in my email, hope they give me file number very soon

Do I need to be hopeful about making it to Canada this year?
I was following another thread that had applicants way back in the year 2010 get MR now by NDVO. If that is the speed at which they perform, my dreams are quite distant. I am shuddering at the thought of working in my current organisation for even 6 months.

How did applicants of the year 2012 get visas so quickly? Damn, I can't think of anything positive. Is it just me?

Exactly feeling the same way. Every day is becoming hell as there are too many changes at work. Leaving is not a great idea, coz I fear these guys would messup the background verification.

After recent conflicts in Damascus, some files has been transferred to Ankara and some to Warsaw.
I've friends whom their application has been processed in Warsaw! and they are happy both for processing time and personnel behavior.
For FSWP 2013 I think (and I hope it to be true) they've selected Warsaw for file processing!
However I think it will be a good news. ;D ;D
