Sinestra, Thanks for your reply.

So you mean to say that my ongoing loan will not have any impact on my visa. Am I right ?
they will check whether my fixed deposit that I have shown still exists or not , beyond that they wont check anything . Right?

So do you think I should ask them regarding the Turban issue or I should wait what for their decision.

Do you have any idea by when I can expect my medical and PP request

Let me say, its a great plateform to ask any query . Really helpful

Thanks

Paaji,

What email have you received? Does it have the words Positive determination of eligibility to be processed?
Can you please add your entry on http://tinyurl.com/fswp2013-add-entry if you haven't?

Hi Jigzyy and Scylla,

My real sister-in-law lives in Canada and she's a PR card holder. Although, I have not send relationship proof to claim the points earlier at CIO as the time was very less to get all her docs from Canada.

Now, I have received the AOR from NDVO and I think that they may also calculate points if required. So wondering, is it possible to claim points for relationship now at NDVO with all the attested documents proof of my sister-in-law. As she is coming to India in November'13 she can get her documents attested from Canadian notary along with her.

Just want to be more safe in term of Point stuff. ;) ;) ;) ;)

Refer to the Section "Relative in Canada" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-adaptability.asp .. Cousins of the parents are not included. They have clearly mention which relations will take in consideration.

Sorry to hear about your app!

Please help me . I need some guidence.

I have a small query regarding the personal loan.

I have applied under federal skilled worker category 2013. I have received an email from VO stating that my application package has reached to immigration office table.

In case of funds :- My dad has shown a fixed deposit of required amount ( as prescribed under guidelines) in my name and I have shown the following document as fund proof and that Fixed Deposit still exists with bank.
But I have an on going personal loan approximately 40% of the amount of FD and I cant do early repay before the end of six months from the date of loan issuance. Will VO do any cibil Check ?
I am worried because I have sent my pay slips which contains my bank account number against which I have taken loan.

Here , you need to make sure that whatever amount you need to show cic that you have sown to them, loan will not create problem , they want you to have money while applying and while local vo demand to show again. It is natural that people might have loan. Your father make FD for you but on FD account your name should APPER if your father name is also there as John applicant then make sure you make a declaration letter from him saying he is not having any objection if you utilise this money while your stay at canada.
So don't worry.
Now one question, you got PER or email from cic saying that your file reached at cic? Please clarify this.
And all the best!

Please answer my query as I am very tensed about it.

Secondly, I have a passport in which I am wearing turban and now I have become cut surd and gave my ielts exam without turban. Though when I applied for visa. I sent both my photographs -one with turban and one without turban( to clear any sort of confusion).
Will this hamper my visa application in any way?

No problem , you send them two types of picture , have you included explanation note in it? If not then again no issue, local visa office will ask you more clarification or picture if need.there is so many things by which local vo or cic can check your data and integrity by cross checking DoB ext in all docs.so don't worry

Will be eargerly waiting for reply

Thanks
Singh

dear friends,

I have just received my application back from CIC.
They returned it saying that the employment paper that I sent do not reflect the NOC 2131.
I am really depressed.
I just need a guide on how to do a correct work experience paper to reflect my 2131 NOC?

Mr. Singh

No need to worry abt the your cibel score, CIC has no authority to check cibel score, only your FD's document authentication will be checked.

regarding other issue ,as per CIC guidelines you need to send only that photographs which are recently clicked, i am skeptical abt sending two photographs,

but If you have received a PER then no need to worry at all as in the next step VO will check your background and ask for a PCC.

Have a happy waiting

Dapi

Why bother to claim more points while you already have 72 points. Doesn't matter you have 72 points or 77 points, it will not affect your application in any way.

Hi Catalyst

First, have you keep her information in additional family forms??,if not then fill the forms and also get her documents and send it to local vo. I am not insisting you just because to get the additional points.
You must show your siblings and parents , kids ,spouse info in forms. If not please do send forms and her documents too.
Now, if you have mentioned your sis info in forms then it is advisable to submit the documents. Sometimes this factor are more stringer for officer to get confidence about your settlement in canada.

Also, if you do so there it might happened that local vo won't ask you six months statement or current bank certificate again by seeing relative support in canada.
All the best.
