I usually never read all pages but today Ithought to go through just because I have something to share with forum members.
But anyway before I share in other post my kind request to read this post first.
Please read page 2151 , I had written something about EOI system for canada, and on the same page read your comment. I know you were positive on my post because it was motivational post. But also keep in mind that what vats and other members are doing is the same thing , they are sometimes giving fact data but sometimes motivating people.
AND you are interpreting motivational theory/post in wrong way.
We all are not only trying to share immigration knowledge but also motivating members because we are only people who can understand their emotions for immigration.
All in all, I just want to say you that , keep you eyes close for 30 seconds and breath in and out. You will enlighten much more about the good flavours of this forum.
Thank you dear and we all wish you all the best for your future.
If you allow me to say something about language please,,, GOD never expect from us to pray in specific language nor with accurate grammar though he can understand us nicely, we are just human , why should we rise the finger to the person having second language as English. I also keep making mistakes but never correct it because I know people will find what they want from post, mistake or sometimes +1 too. It's all about the way you look the world.
Anyway , all the best to you again.

Yes, be patient. But it is true that the wait is long. Especially dpuis this week.barcomi said:They haven't processed your application yet, that's why. Be patient and call back end of next week ...
Yes I hope it will be fast for us. I will be attentive to your update.envman said:Maybe at the end of next week, or on the first days of October we'll have our chance...

Unfortunately, it has not found any trace of my application.
rodtakular said:I had already sent them a fax asking them to reconsider. Told them to not take only into account the consanguinity degree, but that in my application I had included a letter written and signed by my relative where he stated that he would give me a room to live in his house in Canada and support me in every way he could so it was easier to me to focus in becoming economically established.
I mean, he would've given me all that a parent, brother or uncle would, but the officers didn't care, all they cared for was the consanguinity, the stated that clearly in a new email they sent to me, telling me that they had carefully reviewed my application, and that nothing I do or say now will change their decision, thereby fully concluding my application.
Check the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program - maybe you can find something there, that fits you:rodtakular said:Alberta
Refer to the Section "Relative in Canada" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-adaptability.asp .. Cousins of the parents are not included. They have clearly mention which relations will take in consideration.rodtakular said:I'm out, received an email on Tuesday. Reason for refusal was that my relative in Canada is my father's first cousin and not his brother, so I didn't get the 5 points for having a canadian relative and thus I couldn't get 67 points.(stupid reason in my opinion to take only into account your relative consanguinity degree)
Now I only wonder if they are going to send me back my application and if they are going to return my money. Do you guys know?
The "old" (previous) FSW Program was MI-3. Its overall 10,000-cap (for applications without a job offer - FSW-1) was reached sometime around april / may 2012. From that date on, only applications with a valid job offer were considered for further processing (these did not have any cap - FSW-2).zack111bc said:Im new to this network. I was in a typical situation and would like to some one shed a light on my situation. My info is as follows
I was applied my FSW NOC 2147 this April 25 and reached them on April 29. On My 14th got the applications back to my attorney; stating that my daughter's dob missing. It was a CIO error to send the applications back the same was already in that packet. So, attorney re-applied on May23rd and requesting them to process in old regulations. Till now I haven't got any response from them and im in deep confusion what's going on.
Mainly I am looking to know if the old regulations for FSW has any cap?, and any one had in my same situation and help me to shed some light here.
Thanks in advance
