If file gets NER (Negative eligibility Review) then how applicants come to know that file has been returned ? do they send NER mail & when? immediate after review? or only when file get in hand?

We cannot feel the rain because there are only few applicants registered in the forum between June 21 to June 28 compared with the global applicants.

Btw, I still haven't got an update from CIC. I don't know about the status of my DD. Ill update the forum once i have some news.

the only way is when applicants calls call center and they inform of file return
or if applicant writes email to cic and they reply
else no intimation is sent if file gets returned

Shailp don't loose hope.. all is well.. cic has slowed down a little but good news is on its way.. wait n watch

Unfortunately BJ VO is very dry either, NO ME including myself! :'(
Tat poor guy whose ECAS shows "In process" Cc is charged at july, can see the "we received your application...." but no PER after that until he received NER.
This is totally changed our assumption.
So NER is possible after cc is charged.

Don't loose hope. Even I am not loosing hope. Plan ahead thou. Find some Canadian jobs. There are Canadian O&G companies that are having recruitment globally. For the past few months I had been busy applying and sending my resumes. I got an opportunity for an employer interview next week. Just grabbing every opportunity that passes by.

No news from Vienna my friend. Not even AOR after one month

Vienna VO don't send AOR's. They never did. They just send e-mail regarding MR or additional documentation requests after certain period of time.

Am traveling these days, and more jealous to see 3 In HKVO get their DM, among which 2 get their visa already. Check link below for their timeline!

Another Important notice is that ECAS status "in process" is NOT equals to PER.
One chinese guy get REJECTED coz his point is 66 only, that rejection happens after his cc get charged and ECAS show "in process".
So guys, our assumption that "cc charged means PER" is WRONG.
Those getting UCI and ECAS status, pls pay more attention to ur PER.

If there is the case of CC charge and then rejection,this is a bit unclear to me because as far as I understand they charge CC/encash DD only after points are calculated and applicant has at least 67 points.Otherwise isn't the process a bit complicated(as in A->C->B rather than A->B->C) because rejected applicants as far as I know will be getting their money back or not charged at all(if points don't at least meet the threshold).Will be grateful if someone please explains or clarifies.Thanks.

I am very surprised to see this. Pretoria used to very slow in past but nowadays very active!
However NDVO is also doing good by clearing back log , so that fsw2013 will get process by may 2013.hopefully!!

its purely due to VO efficient employee and less applicants

Pretoria VO recently increased their processing time to 21 months so it's strange that FSW 2013 applicant already got his visa. :

You have any idea how much time frame was said to 2010,2011,2012 ndvo applicants
Just like 2013 are given 10 months time frame and contact from vo in 6 months

Hey guys...
Got a mail from CIC. File not accepted/ rejected due to one reason ...want to reapply again as I am still eligible if I produce one more doc...could you please suggest as the 3211 cap has still not got full...
Questions are:
Will my file be sent back to me?
I need to submit whole file again along wide file charges,right?
If yes, den do I need to send bank balance certificate?
And, my original ielts is wide CIC? How to send an ielts which is not wid me now? How to inform them?
Will i get any refund of file charges which got rejected?

Guys plz help if u can as I want to reapply for this by coming Friday..
