Let us all pray NDVO completes the backlog of earlier FSW program and starts issuing Medical Requests to the early May FSW 2013 applicants.

You are very correct. Both you and ddd1 belong to NOC 2145 and both of you received PER between 26-29 Aug 2013. So atleast 2 people from NOC 2145 have got PER in August. But CIC website updated on 9th sep 2013 only lists 1 ENTRY under 2145. It means this data is updated till Aug 27 Issued PER's for which application received date was 1st week of june

Please be careful that the current update belongs to applications received before and up to first week of june. I am 2145 applicant and already received PER. DDD1 is also 2145 in this forum and already have received his PER. but at least one of us is not counted in the cap yet coz last cap update shows only 1 for 2145.

I think We should be careful not not to raise very high expectations also.

Can any one tell me how to organize the order of generic application form. I placed the bar code pages on top. That means page no 5 at very top then 6 and then 1-4. Is it the right way. Somewhere I have read this instruction...pls help me. Would it be affect??

Thanks for sharing your theory. It makes sense. We are talking about 2 different NOCs. And with the experiences shared here, some of the NOCs are moving fast and some of them are lagging behind. Also, the first rush of May,June is so high that the app filed after that may be low in frequency. When people were trying to apply in June, there are many ppl who thought 2147 may have got filled withing 3 weeks... but its still going. My point is just that the Cap is still not reached for 2147, so why not just give it a shot. Not setting very high expectation that they will be in for sure. It can be both ways.. Lets all hope the best and not discourage people who are willing to give a try. After all all they are gonna lose is the courier charges and if the cap fills and their application is returned, its unfortunate but they will get the application fee back. No one can predict the count till date and we are just assuming things. My 2 cents.

Someone here in za forum received PER without putting pages with bar codes on top... So, don't worry!

my application was delivered even almost 9 days before him/her and till now i didn't get anything from my Local Visa Office and i am not expecting to get anything from them soon
