I asked this question on the forum, without satisfactory answers. But here is my lawyer's reply now, so I hope it can help all those with similar question(s):

Question: For the past month only, my bank balance went below $11,115 but I am putting back more money in it in a couple of days. I have always had more than the required funds the whole time since application and can also put more, if needed.

But just for the last month, I went a little low and didn't notice, would that have any effect on my ongoing application (when they ask for proof of funds again at the time of medical request maybe).

Please advise.

Usually bank statements are requested simply to ascertain whether or not your account has had any major deposits, (in excess of $ 10, 000 CAD) but not necessarily to evaluate your average balance.

It will not have an affect on the status of your application.

Are you sure its an AOR? I am bit worried as the form which they have asked me to resubmit is still the same I sent to CIO (as per CIC's website)....Dunno if they have lost these forms in transit or what....

Don't worry and just mail the requested form and wait for the MR...............
