Are you sure its an AOR? I am bit worried as the form which they have asked me to resubmit is still the same I sent to CIO (as per CIC's website)....Dunno if they have lost these forms in transit or what....

Might have lost it, just send it again as they ask. The interesting bit is, they are already looking at FSW 2013 applications ... So I am hoping it's quite before the storm (Medical Requests :))

Dear Applicant,
In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listedbelow. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.
Updated forms which are available on our website:
• New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and your spouse without any gaps in personal history and addresses since the age of 18.

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 30 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email.

Should your personal circumstances (address, marriage, divorce, birth, death, adoption) change between now and the time you leave for Canada you must report the changes to us. Visas issued without the correct information concerning family status are invalid and admission to Canada will be refused.

The issuance of an immigration visa does not ensure your eventual acceptance into the practice of your profession or occupation in Canada. It is your responsibility to determine whether any licensing/registration requirements apply to your occupation or profession in the province where you wish to settle. Do not leave employment, sell property or take any irrevocable step in anticipation of immigrating to Canada until you have received your visa(s).

We look forward to hearing from you within 30 days.

Yours sincerely,

This is very interesting! Send them that form asap and hopefully soon you will get Medical Request ...
What does RIH stand for?

RIH are the initials of the case worker / person who sent email. CIC tends not to release full names of employees due to the fear of applicants tracking them down and threatening them if there is a negative decision!!

Viele grüße aus Deutschland. (Greetings from Germany).
Wie schön das war letztes Jahr in Kerala, Indien.

I was in Kerala last year. That time, our host family was having Onam celebrations. Beautiful place, nice people, I will for sure... visit again.

Many thanks for your wishes Sabrina..

CIC is already in a huge delay... with all the 24 NOCs, average time of processing was 60-70-maximum 80 days...
Now, with 22 NOCs, people with 85-90 days are still waiting being charged...

Hi All

I'm new to this forum and my spouse is a principal applicant.
Application received date is June 11, still haven't received any information from CIC, called CIC and got to know that application package was returned on Aug 13. I haven't received my returned package yet. we have moved to new address within USA in month of July, my issue is with tracking the returned package. I've already sent an email to CIC for change of address request but haven't received any reply.

My question here is

1. Via which postal service (Private or Govt) the application package will be returned
2. How many days does it take to receive returned application package - (Canada to USA).

Please advice.
